How it computes
The computation runs on the same engine Custodio uses on its clients' case files. Processual terms count business days only (article 219 of the CPC and article 775 of the CLT), excluding the day of the start and including the day of expiry (article 224). From 20 December to 20 January the processual term stops running (article 220 of the CPC and article 775-A of the CLT), and the calculator says which days it skipped. The material term of the CDC runs in calendar days and does not stop in the recess.
How you check it
Every result carries the norm that was applied, linked to its official source, its text and the list of the days that were not counted with the reason for each. With that you can redo the count without taking our word for it.
