Before you pick a plan
How far does the allowance go?
The monthly allowance of AI credits is the only ceiling: every summary, analysis, draft and question spends what it consumes, and nothing is counted per matter. The figure on the card translates that allowance into the question that actually matters — how many matters you can work in depth in a month — measured against what a demanding matter consumes.
What happens when the AI credits run out?
The AI stops and everything already produced stays. It is a hard limit, never an overage: nothing is charged above your plan. The allowance renews when the month rolls over, and if you need it sooner you can change plan or top up.
Can I change plan whenever I want?
Yes, from billing, and Polar prorates the difference. If you move down from Teams to an individual plan, the rest of the team's accounts are suspended — never deleted — and come back the moment you buy the seats again.
How is a team billed?
Teams is Pro sold by the seat, from two seats up. Each seat adds its own monthly allowance to the firm's pool and open matters are unlimited for everyone. You are billed one subscription for the number of seats you choose.
