How it computes
The computation is done by the same engine Custodio uses for its clients' case files, over the same catalog of norms and the same business calendar. The term starts running the day after the notification (article 118 of the Código General del Proceso). If it crosses the judicial vacancia and the vacancia suspends it, the calculator skips those days and tells you which ones; if the vacancia does not reach it, as with the tutela, it tells you that too.
How you check it
Every result carries the norm that was applied, linked to its official source, its text and the list of the days that were not counted with the reason for each. With that you can redo the count without taking our word for it.
