It is not a general assistant you tell your case to: it is a reader of your case file that hands back pieces of work, and each one arrives with its source.

The court portal lookup works where Custodio offers it in your country. It is recorded as a query, creates no matter and expires after two hours.

You do it once. You share no password and create no API key: Claude opens Custodio's sign-in and receives a permission you can revoke.

Copy the address
In Custodio go to your account, open the section on how you sign in, choose connect an assistant and copy the MCP address with the button next to it. You can also use the address below.
- Step 2
Add it to Claude
In Claude open settings, go to connectors and choose to add a custom connector. Type Custodio Legal as the name, paste the address and confirm; then press connect.
- Step 3
Authorize and switch it on
Claude opens Custodio: sign in, pick the firm, read the permissions and authorize. Then, in a chat, switch Custodio on among the tools and paste one of the phrases.
- Step 4
Choose “Always allow”
When Claude asks for permission to use Custodio, choose “Always allow” for the read tools, so you do not have to approve every question. The tools that prepare something still wait for your confirmation inside Custodio.

On Claude's team and enterprise plans, an owner has to enable the organization's connectors first. The same address works in other clients that support remote MCP servers with OAuth.

Paid plans have a price published for each country: in most of them they are charged in the local currency —pesos, colones or reais— at the figure you see and with no conversion, and where the list is in dollars the charge is in dollars. The matter's own: the ones your firm uploaded and, where there is a court portal, what the portal published about the case. Outside that it looks at nothing.
How do I check where an answer came from?
Because the answer opens the document it comes from and every assertion in the matter's state arrives with the evidence behind it cited alongside. What has no source in the matter is not asserted.
Does the AI decide or sign anything on its own?
No. The AI prepares and you decide: a draft, a message or a task leaving the firm goes through a human confirmation first, always.
Is it trained on my data?
No. With each AI provider it is contracted and configured that what we send is not used to train or improve their models; the privacy policy states who they are and what guarantee each one carries.
How is the AI billed?
