Exercise your habeas data rights over your data
If a firm that uses Custodio processes data about you, this is where you exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability. You do not need an account.
How it works

1. You file the request
You tell us who you are, which right you want to exercise and what you are asking for. That is enough to start.

2. You confirm your email
We send you a link that works once. Until you open it we tell no firm anything: that is what stops somebody else from filing a request in your name.

3. We transfer it to the controller
We identify the responsible firm and hand them your request, with the legal term already running. If we cannot identify it, someone at Custodio assigns it by hand.

4. The firm answers you
The firm resolves within the term its country's law sets, and its answer reaches you by email: in Colombia, ten business days for a query and fifteen for a claim; in Costa Rica, five business days for access, rectification and cancellation, because objection and portability do not exist under that regime; in Ecuador, fifteen calendar days for all five rights; and in the Dominican Republic, five business days for access and ten for rectification and cancellation. Where your country's law sets no term, we tell you so when you file instead of giving you a date nobody backs.
The controller of your data is the firm handling the matter your data appears in, not Custodio Legal. Custodio is a processor: it runs the software where that data lives and transfers your request to whoever has to resolve it.
